ouch....

So since this semester was impossible to add any of the other classes that I really needed other then your class I was able to add Aerobics circuit class. Honestly in the beginning I was like this is just a waste of my time taking a PE class for spring. I mean I usually like to take the hard classes that need to be taken on a longer semester and I had planned to take PE in the winter but since things did not go as planned i had to add the aerobic class. So after I took the orientation class to learn how to use the machines we where able to start working out on our own this week. So Tuesday was my first day and honestly I did not feel like I had actually worked out but today wow do I feel good...everyday I feel like my work outs are getting better and better. Everyday I sweat more and more and you know sweat is a good thing. You know although I am so sore I am now very thankful that I am taking this class this spring semester.
