I am sorry. I just finished watching Part 1 of the Paleo video. Honestly I totally agree with the message the guy is trying to send out. It is true that most of our food is messed with or injected with some kind of chemical. Nothing is sold fresh anymore. I guess only if you go to this organic stores. Maybe I should try out one of these organic store. The second part of the Paleo video I did not really understand. Was he trying to say that we should not work out? I am sorry I was kind of confused by his message. Thanks for sharing the videos they where pretty interesting.
Basically, it is saying that we don't need to spend hours in the gym. Just exercise a little at a time. Like in caveman days... Their exercise was only when they hunted. It is an interesting concept. I only exercise 3 days a week... 30 to 40 min each. I dunno. It worked for me though. :)
ReplyDeleteAaaahhh that makes sense....kind of like for me with my aerobic class i am taking. I have to work out three times a week for one hour the only bad thing my days are consecutive. Is that bad?
